Free Training Video: Adult Sexual Assault: A Trauma Informed Approach
This twenty-two minute training video provides an overview of how trauma impacts victims and how professionals can implement a trauma informed response and approach when providing services to sexual assault survivors. This video is narrated by Tom Tremblay, and features Dr. Rebecca Campbell and law enforcement professionals from across Michigan.
This training video was developed by the Michigan Domestic and Sexual Violence Prevention and Treatment Board in partnership with the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan’s Violence Against Women Project. The project was funded by the Office on Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice.
This Facilitator's Guide is available to be used with the video to enhance the training.
